Quick fixes to try first
If a page looks broken, shows nothing or will not open, a few simple steps may sort it out. Try them in this order.
- Refresh the page.
- Check that your internet connection is working.
- Open the page in a different browser, or in a private window.
- Close other tabs if your phone or computer is running slowly.
- Try again after a few minutes.
Why a connection matters
Some calculators run in your browser, while others send the values to the server in one request to compute the result. A weak connection can leave a result waiting, so give it a moment or refresh and try again.
Before you clear browser data
Your Favourites and recently used calculators are kept in your browser, not in your account. Clearing browser data, or using private mode, removes them.
If it is still not working
Use Contact support in the footer and tell us:
- The name of the page or calculator.
- What you expected and what you saw instead, with a screenshot if possible.
- Whether you were on a phone or a computer, and which browser.
On Android you can also select Get the Android app in the header or footer.
