How to report it
Use Contact support in the footer and tell us which calculator you used, the values you entered and the result you expected. A screenshot helps. Reports like this are how mistakes get found and fixed.
Report it step by step
- Note the exact name of the calculator at the top of its page.
- Write down every value you entered, with its unit.
- Write down the result you saw and the result you expected, and why.
- Take a screenshot if you can.
- Select Contact support in the footer and send the details.
Check before you report
- Is every field in the unit shown beside it, and are percentages entered as plain numbers?
- Compare the answer with the worked example below the calculator.
- Remember that results are rounded for display, so totals can differ by a paisa when you add rounded parts by hand.
- A result is only as good as the numbers and assumptions entered, and calculators give guidance rather than advice.
The article “My answer looks wrong: what to check” goes through these in more detail.
What happens next
The team uses the details to reproduce the problem. The closer you are to the exact values you entered, the faster that goes.
