A 38 m fence at a 3 m maximum spacing needs 14 posts, not 13: round the spans up, then add one. See the closed-loop, corner and gate adjustments.
A 24 m² floor with 0.6 m × 0.6 m tiles needs 74 pieces once you add 10% for cuts and breakage. See the maths, box rounding and layout wastage.
Mulch needed = bed area × layer depth. A 24 m² bed mulched 5 cm deep takes 1.2 m³, or 24 bags of 50 litres. Add about 10 % for settling and uneven ground.
A 30 m² wall with a U-value of 0.4 W/m²K loses 180 W when the indoor-outdoor difference is 15 °C. Halve the U-value and the loss halves too.
One hectare is 10,000 m². Divide the area in square metres by 10,000: 35,000 m² is 3.5 ha, which is about 8.65 acres. Includes acre-to-hectare steps.
